Seems pretty easy for us Western Europeans... in Belgium & The Netherlands we learn English in high school and you hear it all the time on tv and movies/netflix... with subtitles. In Belgium (where I live) we learn English, French & Dutch (duh). Next to those languages you can also choose a 4th language like Spanish or German, so a lot of people here are multilingual. The most difficult languages are definitely the ones that aren't spoken on a global level :)
