Nikki, if you try using a coil for your hair for the gym (2 times), and twist the rest into a bun around it and clip it, you should be able to shake those curls right out when you're back. Doing that "pineapple" at night was a game changer for me, I used to have to wet my curly hair every day. The ones I like best are Kitsch, at Ulta

Have you been to an ENT about your sinuses? Back in 2017 I was waking up w sinus headaches every morning that would clear as I was upright. ENT tried a couple different meds that didn't work ended up w surgery for a deviated septum. Success. Didn't totally solve my sinus issues, but helped enough I don't have the headaches. I'll take it! Love your doggie cuddles, what a great way to start your day❤.

How do you figure points for bakery items. They usually don’t label they ingredients in measurements that can be counted. Or do you just estimate them?
