Today I am sharing 5 days in a row of tracking with WW (WeightWatchers) and calories/macros! I currently get 25 dailies on WW!
I track my macros and calories using MyFitnessPal when I make these videos!
It’s so important to find what works best for you! This helps me to see where I’m currently at using ww for tracking!

I am a Fort Myers Girl! First visit in 1973, every year after until 79 when we moved there full time. Graduated from Ft Myers Senior High in 1982, left in 1988, back in 1999 until 2011. Now in Michigan, but my heart is always home there. Friends tell me the devastation from Ian is unimaginable. I hope that your family members were not terribly impacted and that you enjoy your visit. Oh I hope you have a good time in Florida. The weather is gorgeous right now. I’m in the Tampa Bay area and I hope Adam’s parents in the Fort Myers area survived hurricane Ian with minimal to no damage to their home. It was a very bad season this past summer so hoping this coming summer 2023 is calm. It’s always nerve-racking to be a Floridian in the summer. Can’t wait to hear about your vacation when you return. Just wanted to thank you for getting me and my husband on track! We don't do WW, but you have so many good ideas for eating healthier and it's actually realistic and delicious and quick!
