The worst part about loud talkers is when you're in public and they're talking about things that are awkward. I used to have a friend who used to talk loudly about politics. It wouldn't have even been so bad if he didn't say bad things about people he disagreed with. And I'd even be fine with that if he wasn't screaming it in a room full of people who likely didn't agree with us on many of our opinions.
