Anna, that is why Ozempic is a deficit in the USA. All of the rich people are taking it to stay slim. Even with strenous exercise and dieting, it would take years to loose all that weight. This is Ozempic mostly. . All the belly fat stays in, liposuction is needed to remove it. Miracles don't happen like that. Do u know how much Ozempic cost in the U S. ? $900 per month. But, this guy is a millionaire for him $900 is like for us 9 cents.

He 1000% got bariatric surgery. He either got a gastic sleeve or probably (from the looks of it) a full-on gastric bypass. Ozempic doesn't yeld results like this.

Hi Anna, I agree with Anna, you need strength training and good nutrition as well as cardio. Also, I was told that muscle weighs more than fat. And keto diet works too. Whatever he did, he should keep it up for his health.

i think there is nothing wrong if some choose to eat and drink too much and some choose to not eat and drink too much i don't see it lable it is a bad unhealthy thing at all because i don't think it's a bad thing at all as long it makes some of them happy that's all that matters i don't like most force most of us to stop being addiction to most things some of us love like food, drink, technology and more some of us just don't like being told what to do and i respect everyone's free will decsions path and even my free will too that's just me

Carbs can be eaten a normal amount while on a diet though! Just saying, keto will not work if you don't enjoy it and can't keep it up. Just do a little extra cardio and enjoy your carbs, you will lose weight. Great video Anna

wonder if he was using ozempic? that is an unhealthy weight loss. if you fast too quickly, you need surgery to remove all the extra skin. he has not post for 2 years. it only take 4 month of healing after the surgery. there are 2 methods of stomach surgery to lose alot of weight Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass and Sleeve gastrectomy. we will have to see the types of scars he may have, once he removes his shirt.

People watching those disgusting videos giving him millions of views tells you everything you need to know about today's society. I knew of him when I became vegan 13 years ago. He was never vegan, he was plant-based. Veganism is a philosophy that seeks to reduce harming animals as much as practically possible, so it's not only food. We reject any form of animal exploitation. Once you're aware of the unfathomable amount of suffering billions of sentient beings go through because we deem our taste buds more important than their life, it's impossible to go back and forget it. Animals are friends, NOT food. So, that alone goes to show what kind of person he is. At the time, it was trendy to be vegan so he jumped on the band wagon until he found ruining his health was more lucrative. He will pay for it in the end, you can't abuse your body like that without consequences. He can keep his money. I'll take values, compassion and health any time.
