What’s sad about Candy (Hungry Fat Chick) was that she did try to stop mukbangs to lose weight and shared what she was doing for weight loss, but she ultimately chose to go back to it because her views and subscriptions were dropping too low. It's simply as put the freaking cookbook Fork 🍽️ Down! I didn't need to lose weight i was 175lbs at 5'9 about where i should be. I fasted for 5 days didn't eat anything. I only drank water and after that i was eating about 3 times a week. I went from 175-145 in about 3 months without any exercise. Yes exercise helps and is important. I learned that it's more mental than physical. Also I've noticed with most people including myself after exercise I'm usually starving! Lol You put your mind to it and you can achieve just about anything. I was just doing an experiment on myself. Did everything the same routine i just was barely eating. Now i know it's not healthy in the way i accomplish it, but after that i went back to my normal life. I'm currently back to my normal weight of 175lbs. 145 i was actually shredded lol without any exercise, but i didn't feel healthy. I only eat once a day! Otherwise I'll probably be about 200lbs. When I ate three meals a day like they say you're supposed too! I was usually around 185lbs-200lbs. Eating just one good meal a day I fluctuate from 160lbs-175lbs. I'd say my average weight is 170lb.
@th9986Ай бұрын
175 pounds at 5’9 puts you at overweight on bmi scale. I don’t know your muscle mass to fat ratio, but I’d assume it’s not all muscle. You did need to lose a bit of weight. How many meals a day you eat doesn’t matter. You gained weight because you were overeating. Only thing that causes weight gain is being in a calorie surplus.

My BMI used to be over 40. I went to the doctor because I wanted help to stay on this planet a bit longer. The doctor explained that they could run some tests to see just how my body was functioning and refer me to a dietician. She then explained that there was programs she could refer to, they provide a dietician in addition to a social worker, psychotherapy and a gym membership, however these programs are not offered to people whose BMI is over 40, but she could refer me to have a gastric band... Part of the reason I wanted to get healthy so bad is that I am petrified of any surgery/anaesthesia and I knew that at my weight I was just a matter of time away from needing some sort of medical intervention such as gallbladder issues. So a gastric band was a definite no no. This was all in 2019 and I have thankfully lost the weight since then [just over 200lbs] and I am now at a normal BMI. I feel for this woman and hope she can come to a place of acceptance that time is running out to fix this.

If anything, I’m concerned about Nick. As Greg points out, he may be skinny now, but skinny doesn’t necessarily mean healthy. And if his ankles are swelling, that could be a sign that his body is severely unwell. Makes me think of everything that happened with Kali Muscle, who also had ankle swelling due to edema and ended up having a heart attack and nearly dying. I hope Nick isn’t in the same boat. Another thing is he might have type 2 diabetes and might’ve even been prescribed ozempic by a doctor, which could’ve also made him lose weight. Either way, he doesn’t look or seem healthy, and I worry that a lot of this “2 steps ahead” joker act might be him trying to cope with the irreparable damage he’s done to himself and knowledge that he’s greatly shortened his life by having what he sees as the last laugh at the internet.

He looks so unhealthy with his sunken cheeks. I guess when you are 2 steps ahead thats how it is

no he is just too pale not enough sun. thats why no one knew about his lost weight lol.

That’s how people look when they lose vast amounts of weight. Loose skin is a reality of massive weight loss.
@Str8upboringАй бұрын
@@Tom-cn4cm yes it is I have some on my stomach but not much. Used to be 315 lbs now I’m at 220 but I’m 6.3 so I didn’t look super bad but the skin is a little saggy not to cool. Lost it over a year time though nothing like starving myself just switched to meat and diet cokes ( which is still unhealthy but whatever you know )
