@bobross461610 күн бұрын
I called it pretty early, I thought he’d be the best, and a lot of people doubted him. The only person that competed for #1 these last 5 years has been Giannis and Embiid. Jokic has been better than Embiid every year, and Giannis probably has 1 maaaaybe 2 years over Jokic. Jokic might win 4 MVP’s in 5 years, this has been done by nobody in the history of the league if my memory is correct. Not even Jordan.

The Nuggets should keep the starting line up of Westbrook, Braun or Strawther, MPJ, Gordon, and Jokic. With Jamal, Watson, and Braun/Strawther coming off the bench. And please Nuggets, make a trade before the deadline. Try to get Bogdan Bogdanovic, Norman Powell, or another starting caliber SG who can play the role of KCP the past few years. An elite defender who can shoot from beyond the arc. Trade your “roster spot eaters” like DeAndre, Nnaji, Cancar, and Saric, with some of your recently drafted players to do it.

It's ridiculous that the MVP narrative gets in the way of appreciating and admiring greatness. These clickbait people like swaggy P and Gil won't matter in 10 years and Jokic has carved out an amazing career and story, far better than any of those doubters and naysayers ever could. His game is amazing, so methodical and fluent. He is also a genuinely nice guy, the naysayers call it boring and say he isn't a killer. F all that noise, he is a humble, genius playing basketball at one of the greatest peak levels ever witnessed. He doesn't care if he is the best, he just loves to win and involve everyone in that success. A true leader!

People don’t realize how valuable Russell Westbrook’s play making is for Jokic. Jokic just needs to get into position under the rim or in the post and you can bet Westbrook is gonna be able to find him every single time. Easy points for Jokic. People forget Westbrook made Steven Adams and Daniel Gafford look elite offensively with his play making. Jokic is obviously way better than those guys so it’s a perfect match. The Nuggets just need a consistent 2nd option behind Jokic and the Nuggets could win another title. Jamal Murray and MPJ just aren’t cutting it right now. Aaron Gordon is the perfect 3rd option right now, he just needs to stay healthy. But the way Murray and MPJ are playing, Gordon is being forced to be the second option giving him more load to carry. The Nuggets scoring options should have looked like this: 1st Option: Jokic 2nd Option: Murray 3rd Option: MPJ 4th Option: Gordon And 5th Option if anybody is struggling to score: Westbrook But instead so far in the season it looks like this: 1st Option: Jokic 2nd Option: Westbrook or Gordon 3rd Option: Braun/Strawther/Watson Like come on bruh. That’s not gonna win you a championship. Murray and MPJ need to step up or the Nuggets have to make a trade to get a consistent 2nd Option behind Jokic like Bogdan Bogdanovic.

Jokic has a bigger killer instinct then chamberlain when the games are on the line he doesn't shrink, unlike chamberlain he shrieked alot of times mainly when he played with Jerry west and the lakers so many of those series came to the wire.

Kobe said it ages ago and it was only a matter of time before it came true. If you put all of your eggs into athleticism and shooting all it takes is a cookie dough monster with a mastery of fundamentals to rock your world. This is what we are seeing - eastern europeans taking NBA back to basketball grammar school and collectng MVPs like Pokemon.

Top 10 center all time. His 7 year run from 2019- present has been unmatched: 6x all-star, 3x NBA MVP, 4x first team All-NBA. Although if he stays healthy this season. This will be updated lol. He's averaging 32/13/10 on the season.

The thing about Jokic, is he basically has the finesse of someone who could make it to the pros at like 6 ft tall, but he's almost 7 ft tall. Being 6'10'' + is about 1/1,000,000 Making it to the pros at 6 feet is about 1/1,000,000 as well. Combine this with his natural strength and stamina. This might be exaggerating a tad, but you can make an argument that jokic is basically a 1 in a trillion talent. Meaning, you'd expect on the balance of probability that nobody in the world at any given would have his gifts.
