Gia really wanted the Deception job and Liz didn't really understand all that would go into that job and it was a bad fit for Liz. It just took Laura a long time to accept that in my opinion. I also think on the current GH, that Ava is desperately pushing for a family with Nikolas with Avery but, I don't see Ava or Nikolas even mentioning Spencer. I don't think Nikolas will ignore Trina for a year like Ava did with Avery. Portia's odd and overly defensive reaction to Ava was over 10 months ago and that odd conversation that Portia and Taggert had where they don't say anything about Portia being Trina's mother was just over a month ago and so, I don't think that the storyline is being dropped this time. Where are the scenes where Britt and Nikolas discuss his prenuptial agreement with Ava? Thanks in advance. It's not a good sign when Britt comes home and hits Nikolas and throws his marriage to Ava under the bus in front of Ava, lol. Nikolas and his Aunt Alexis have long needed something positive in their lives to focus on and Trina could give them both that. Liz, Alexis and Laura never called Nikolas's relationship with Gia a mistake, toxic or self-destructive. I also noticed that it is important to Nikolas and Gia to start their day off well. Ava never really asks Nikolas how he's doing. Nikolas in this storyline was motivated to do positive things in his life and Gia would not have fallen in love with Nikolas if he was just some unmotivated rich guy. Gia knew that being engaged to and marrying Nikolas wasn't going to be a fairytale all the time. Gia saw Nikolas at his worst and still openly told people that she couldn't wait to be a Cassadine. Nikolas is thinking about Gia, Princess Sparky all the time whether he's awake or asleep and he doesn't do that with Emily or Ava. I think that after pushing so hard for a family with Nikolas that it won't last for very long and that Ava is being built up as a redeemed character to fail and to have what she wants taken from her because of her own actions. Ava is not Carly or Gia who have people who are willing and wanting to help them if something goes wrong and that's really why Ava doesn't like Carly and won't like Gia. Nikolas is going to get tired of being Ava's ever present husband sooner rather than later and I think that he will use that prenuptial agreement eventually to get out of his marriage to Ava.

I wish I had Marisa's last couple months on the show. Nia didn't do much, but when Gia decided to quit modeling, she and Alexis had become close. There was a scene of Nik and Gia wistfully staring at baby Kristina on Marisa's last day too. Gia said she would hold and talk to Nikolas for hours when he would have a disturbing dream about his father. I can't imagine Ava doing that.

@@nianikgia8432 Yes, it is. I know that Nikolas and Gia weren't given much to do before Marisa left GH. I also think it would be priceless to see Nikolas and Gia with baby Kristina again and that scene reinforced to me that yes, Nikolas and Gia wanted a family of their own and I think that they got their wish with Trina. I also know that before Gia left that she became interested in law and she and Alexis became close. It is interesting to me that Britt brought up Nikolas and Ava's post nuptial agreement but when he was engaged to Gia, Princess Sparky she knew how rich he was but no one ever brought up a prenuptial agreement or post nuptial agreement in a negative manner like Britt did with Nikolas. I also think that Nikolas trusted Gia completely without question and I don't think that's the case with Ava no matter what he says now and she is someone who will do something to get in the way of her own happiness and she won't have anyone to help her when something goes wrong like Carly or Gia will for example. I also think that Gia gave Nikolas the child that he wanted and that unlike Ava Gia was loyal to Nikolas and understood that Nikolas had a lonely childhood and really wanted to raise his child in a loving, two parent household similar to the one that Laura and Luke had with Lucky only Nikolas and Gia never had a disagreement about where to live and Gia was and still is the love of his life. Nikolas and Gia would do anything for each other and there was no cheating involved. Nikolas is thinking about Princess Gia when he's awake and when he's asleep and he doesn't do that with any other woman. I also think that Gia and Spencer would and will get along because Spencer will see the happiness and joy that Gia gives Nikolas without even trying. Ava is desperate to give Nikolas a family with Avery all of the sudden when I think that Gia gave Nikolas a daughter named Trina that he and Laura don't know about yet. I think that Ava is being given what she wants for now but, I think that Ava's being set up for a big fall. In this scene, Trina reminds me of Gia, kzbin.info/www/bejne/hYbOY2x8ebGpp5o

@@nianikgia8432 I thought that Gia read people well and that she was one of the few people who told Liz that her actions put others around her in a difficult position. I also think that Gia did understand how to comfort Nikolas and no, I can't see Ava doing that unless it benefits her and that is in my opinion also part of why Ava hasn't pushed for Nikolas to work on his relationship with Spencer. Sonny and Carly do have blended family for example and they do make an effort to keep in contact with their children. I think that Ava is being built up as a changed person just to fail and get in her own way as she always has. Gia learned not to get in her own way and Nikolas also knew that a lot of the time Gia was the only thing that he had and that Nikolas and Gia weren't toxic and or self-destructive to each other. Nikolas and Ava are self-destructive and that's why things won't work out in the way that Ava wants and that someone is going to need to help Nikolas and I think that's where Trina will help Nikolas eventually.
