こんにちは、NIKOです☺️ 今回は、早起き&ファスティングで 自分のリズムを整える過ごし方をご紹介しました🌿 不調な時って、ダラダラとベッドで過ごしてしまったり 食事も適当になってしまったりしますよね… 1〜2日のチートデイは良いものの、何日も続くと悪循環に😭 そんな循環が生まれてしまう前に、心も身体も一度リセットする。 そんな日を1ヶ月に1〜2回設けるようにしています。 Instagramのライブ配信でもお話した、ファスティングをすると 体調が戻って身体が軽くなります✨ お正月太りにも有効なので、是非チャレンジしてみてください🙌 (翌日の食事が美味しく感じるので、食べ過ぎ注意です😂笑) それでは、また来週お会いしましょう🕊 NIKO Hello, I am NIKO☺️ This time, I introduced how to regulate our own rhythm by getting up early & fasting 🌿 When we're not feeling well, we tend to spend our days lazily in bed and eat poorly... A cheat day for 1-2 days is OK, but if it continues for many days, it will become a vicious cycle 😭 So I reset my mind and body once before such a circulation is born. I try to set such a day once or twice a month. Merhaba NIKO😊. Bugünler de gerçekten yorgun hissediyorum. Soğuk havadan dolayı yataktan çıkamamak beni tembel yapıyor. Şimdi videonu gördüm ve motive oldum. "Kendimi değerlendirebilen biri olmak istiyorum..!" Ahh çok etkilendim.Video için teşekkürler 🙃💛
