I use D5 , since 2018 ,now i start to wonder nikon not having parts ,the same as my D3 ,i just waited over 2 months for a small repair from Nikon Canada, now i have to get my sensor cleaning, it was clean before, i had problems with my nikon 70 200 from the beginning, nikon said i Didn’t mail my warranty card, nikon give me a deal on my D5 ,so what ,this camera is worth now in 2023 less than $1000 dollars, been shooting nikon for 55years years now and OTHER ,makes , iam not a robot, i have feelings my photography is my heart and soul, its my life,,Thank-you for your video on D5 ,I am thinking about giving up on nikon for the way they have treated me, a old man, who didn't have a email address at the time, all the stress nikon gave me for being old ,not using a computer, my honest person who iam .with feelings real life

Repairs here in NZ are also very slow but seems to be All the brands at the moment. Nikon Sony and Canon. All don't hold enough parts and often this makes lengthy delays. Your D5 is a beautiful camera.

Is there an option to turn on or off touch focus in live view? I can't for the life of me focus in live view using my finger. I have the 24-70 Nikkor lens mounted.

@@squashvids1032 Exactly. If anything the D5 was the one that had issues people didn't like. Other than letting you get rid of the XQD slots it was actually worse than the D4s.

How do you figure it's a worthless camera though? Every tool for its job, this one is great at low light and has an incredible AF system and frame rate, almost as it it was designed for wildlife and sports.
