You commented that the Z5 has IBIS and that this was a reason that made it preferable to the Z50. I don’t recall you stating that the Z50 does not have IBIS, which would have made the completed your presentation, and not left anyone in doubt. Except for that, I thought the video was very good overall.

Good review. Also, the Z50 does have eye detect.

I have a Z50. It has face, eye and animal detection in photo mode, but only face detect in video mode. Nikon has released two or three firmware updates since these the Z series came out.

Z50 doesn't have eye detect? I saw some videos that shows it does.

I’m tempted to try it out for video!

Being that a Bsi Cmos sensor is better in low light than a cmos, would the Z50 be better in low light than a z5 which has the bigger FF cmos sensor (which can gather more light) negate that.

Full frame will generally be better in low light due to the significant increase in size of the sensor and therefore the size of the pixels

Interestingly I currently shoot with Nikon D750 want to go to mirrorless, my problem is I have a Sigma 24-105 f4, Sanyang 14mm, Tamron 100-400. Will they be ok on the Z5 with the ftz Thinking of shifting to Panasonic

Hey George, Sigma and Tamron should be fine. Samyang can be hit and miss, but if that is the MF version you shouldnt have an issue. no need to go to Panasonic these days.
