@TypicalZain Right now the price is up in the air. The original Z6 was around $2,000 USD on its release. I'm guessing, with inflation, the Nikon Z6iii will hover around the $2500 USD mark. Just my guess.

@@TypicalZain The Sony is a vlog camera, and only takes 12MP photos. I think it's waaayy over-priced for what it is. I personally would never buy one. I'll stick with the Nikon Z6 III.

Hi Great information Thank you. One quick thing what frame rate are you using? Or is it a KZbin comprehension thing. On my t.v. your video looks slightly off. Like the frame rate is not fast enough. I can't explain it. Just wondering if you see it on playback. Kinda like a slight stuttering with your movements or a juttering can't really articulate. It.

As I mentioned in video a few times, I recorded at 12 fps by accident. I left it because I liked the way it looked.

I wish they'd just announce it already, doesn't even have to release for a couple of months...just. let. us. know! I'm really curious to see the price point, I'm hopeful that it will be around the $2699 ($1999 US) that the Z6II was up here in Canuck land (or less). 24.5 is enough for me, while I'd be ok with a bit more, it makes it a great low light machine. Rumors keep saying 6K video, honestly could care less about that. One thing I'd love to see...a fully articulating screen, stop this 'multi-angle' nonsense...but for some reason Nikon hates fully articulating screens. Also a 'tally light' so I know I'm recording when in front of the camera.

I wish we could get a definitive announcement as well. I typically never post about rumors, because they're hard to verify, BUT the Z6 is an amazing camera model. A recent rumor is saying $3K USD, but that's insane, IMO. We absolutely do need a better, fully articulating LCD. I don't want to carry my HDMI monitor everywhere.

While the A7 C II has a 33 Megapixel sensor, you're limited on Video Recording resolutions and frame rates. I've never liked the color science or tones produced by Sony, so I'd personally stick with Nikon. The Z6 III should have much better video recording specs than the Sony.

I own both the Z6 and Z6ii, my Z6ii almost looks like the Z9 with its original battery pack 😜 I recently invested in the 24 120mm S lens, and I love using both I don't think I'd be replacing any time soon, sure I will be investing more on S lenses, the one thing I still unique about the original Z6 is made in Japan.

@@RunNGunPhoto Isn't the sensor unchanged since the original Z6's release? I have a Z6 and am perfectly happy with the sensor, but Nikon's gotten a lot of mileage out of it and it could probably use an update. Then again, 24.5 megapixels seems to be a really nice sweet spot for resolution.

@milesian1 It’s hard to tell right now. My guess is that the resolution will stay consistent, keeping it at affordable price point. However I think it may get some updates.
