Ahhahahaha! 😅😂🤣 The ending was so cute and creative, Nik! Spiders don’t scare me (too much), though. And I NEVER turn my back on them. Love the ridiculousness - and practicality - of the password keeper! Because yes, why use it if it doesn’t look great? This cute cover could be adapted for so many things. Love the labels!! Thanks for sharing this fun project with us. 😊👍♥️ Great new camera angle, too!

As a fellow arachnophobiac (is that even a word?, well I guess it is now! lol!) I totally can relate! I had to phone my 20 years old son who was upstairs in his room yesterday at 1 am to help me (he wasn't asleep, luckily for me), cause I couldn't go to bed due to a huge spider on the living room door, blocking my way out! No way I would go too close to this monster! But My son is my hero! He opened the door very slowly, and was able to catch the spider between a cardboard and a glass and put it outside, so we were both safe! Lol! Oh! Great project by the way, thanks for the freebies!

Then, I store them all in on folder in my mail. I can always find them! LOL Thank you, ma'm!

Spiders hate peppermint (Mice too!). Mix 3/4 water with peppermint oil from spice rack at store. I spray around doors etc. and places like under furniture or around bed pillows (important one). We have recluse spiders here and they are bad!

CIA, FBI, STATE DEPARTMENT, ETC. needs to stamp all their confidential and top secret files with Nik’s “Grandma Ida’s Lima Bean Recipes” labels. Nobody in their right mind would even think to look there. But I think you missed the opportunity to make a label called “The Itsy Bitsy Spider”. That would be a surely overlooked book of secrets that would safely sit on any of your desks and tables in your house. Always a good time watching you. 🥰

Ha, you had me in stitches.... I made one of these a while back for my mom, (84 and still going strong on the internet) because she's had trouble keeping up with her passwords ever since I told her not to use "password" for her password (LOL) anyway, I included space for those pesky security questions. I think from now on, when I make them, I'll stamp a spider here and there to think you you. LONG LIVE THE RIDICULOUS. LOL! SQUIRREL!!! Okay, the end really got me. I'll never sleep again either. My sympathies on the loss of your house, mine will be next. Who else is up for a bonfire.

Hahaha, oh Nik! Just know I am laughing with you not at you. There is only one thing worse than finding a spider inside your home and that is loosing a spider inside your home! I totally understand your freak out. As a child I was never afraid of bugs. Then the boys in my school found this great game called " let's throw spiders and other gross bugs at the girls". I had really thick bushy hair and the bugs got lost in my hair. I would shake the hair vigorously to try to get them out, only to be told half an hour later " you have a spider in your hair" or even worse one would dangle down from my forehead in the middle of class! Yeah I got a real phobia now, thanks boys! Grrrr... Love from Denmark

I was wondering about using grommets in the spine, it looked so much easier, I guess you are locked into a 1/4 spine minimum, but it seems to cause much less strain on the paper/pages. A few years ago, it was the change of seasons, winter had arrived, I took down a sweater from my closet shelf that had been sitting there all summer long, put it on, got in the car, headed off to the long drive to work, then all of a sudden I felt all these "little things" on my scalp... so it seems, by putting on my sweater, I had disturbed a nest of baby spiders, and they were then contemplating whether or not to call my scalp home... so, yeah, ew.

Actually, I may end up making a journal out of it but that's because you're not my Mom and I can do what makes me happy. Also, your spider story and video was simply the best thing of the week! I'd rather catch the plague than be in he same house as a spider. I had a 3 day adventure with one that would struggle to fit in a jam jar in my 9m2 studio flat back when I was at uni. It involved one neighbour hitting it with a financial magazine, an unexplained disappearance of the dead body of the spider, its reappearance the next day, alive and a bit worse for wear, me throwing a boot at it, the supposedly dead body disappearing again while I was taking a shower, and a final intervention by another neighbour who picked up the fat b*stard and sent it flying over the garden wall.
