NIL, The Transfer Portal and Roster Construction in Modern College Football: with J. Bud Davis

Good show. From a logic standpoint and based upon the success of the NILs that Davis' sampled, this idea of a professional to seek donations is a good one. The Gator Collective was very well intended, but they were started by a businessman and some lawyers. While they service the student athletes as well as any NIL, in the future, a professional network of people who know how to garner donations would be best. Plus, I was sick to my stomach looking at the relative value of linebackers on defense, and then thinking about how poorly bot McElwain and Mullen did recruiting them. No wonder our defenses struggle to get off the field. 💢
