Hi Atchitech CK, thank you for sharing the secret to your extra crispy chicken. Ako kasi when I cook fried chicken I just use marinate and then I will dip the chicken in the egg before frying. It was not crispy but it was easy and flavorful. I will definitely try your way of frying the chicken.
