It is real you can find it parked there but it won’t spawn 100% of the time so you can just do that or do the cheat code so go on your phone and put in 199984639663 and there you get a limo

I don’t think you will die because I didn’t get the limo yet but near there you can find limos driving there and some just parked there so I don’t think you will lose 5k money
