After my first comment on one of your daily vlogs, I took it upon myself that day to start my journey to good health and work on becoming well enough to start gymnastics one day. I’ve done a 3 day a week workout and am already feeling results. While my weight hasn’t gone down really, a lot of it is just my diet. I wanted to put this because seeing your videos plus your recovery series from last year really motivated me and I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. You’ve given me the spark I needed to believe and do it no matter what I felt like I needed be it a friend to join me or not having the right things. I’m doing it in steps with exercise first to get a routine and then figure out a diet once I know I’m committed. “The only limitations in life are the ones we set ourselves” was also my final nail in the coffin for my excuse-filled life of no activity to better myself. Thank you Nile.
