INGREDIENTS -
Ingredients - Lemon Pickle
Lemon - 8 (mixed with 2 tbsp of Salt and kept for 3 days)
Fenugreek Seeds - 2 table spoon
Black Caraway - 1 table spoon
Fennel Seeds - 1 table spoon
Coriander seeds (crushed) - 1 table spoon
Black Mustard Seeds - 1 table spoon
Red Chilli powder - 4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - ½ + ½ tsp
Edible Oil - 300 ml

राई - १ चम्मच​
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - ४ छोटा चम्मच​
हल्दी पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच​
हींग - १/२ + १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
खाद्य तेल - ३०० एम. एल​.

Thank you so very much for this recipe. With time on our hands, we are going to make it today itself. I miss the pickle jars (martaban) we had so long ago. After this, we'll make the sweet version too. This will provide us with 'probiotic' with our meals.
