Why ISROs SURYA LV will be capable of lifting only 20Ton into LEO which is 92 meter long and around 1100 Ton while Falcon 9 is 70M tall weigh 575Ton but carrying 23Ton to LEO.. Though ISROs methlox engine is 1100KN while Merlin 1D is 840Kn.. Pls explain it Sir.

Do you think all NASA budget is utilised for rocket making? NASA has launch and operate hundreds of satellite in orbit right now which needs hugh funds to sustain it. Sir why isn't ISRO going directly for VTVL with add-on boosters having clustering of Methalox engines. Instead of developing NGLV with this tech, they are putting Solid boosters.
