This literally happened with me, coincidentally, Tejus is my name as well lol xD I was jobless for 7 months after I graduated, but I guarantee you, if anyone is looking for a job, random strangers on the internet on Reddit or LinkedIn will give you actual referrals, not all people you know personally in real life would want the best for you, understand this. I still remember that when i had all the potential to be in Specific role and was in needed job with most. My close friend who used to say that he has given all the best effort to send that resume hasn’t even opened it once from his mail. When i got to see his phone once,i wanted to share my pic from mail for picture clarity got to know that he hasn’t seen the same. Still he don’t know that i know that i have seen that he hasn’t seen my resume, but from then got to trust him less. Now i work for better firm than him, when he was in need i did referred him to every possible extent.

You know what when my father-in-law was alive he literally used my (our) wedding card to this thing. As though the wedding card has served the purpose and not the wedding to his own son, his own third offspring!!! 😢 Sorry the resume usage and the actors' appropriate feelings shown here in this video, is so much gut wrenching. It brought me back the moments of passive memories to the forefront! Not even my husband confronted him about his using it. "Patriarchal deep rooted society!!!" This saga mentioned is an example : Women never feel safe even at her own house...

Reality, difficult to get digest. As working in I.t sector for two decades after many rejections initially. If you don't have good contacts and proper guidance in cracking the interview you will face lot of rejections.
