Hi I think you can find this yarn in the US. but you can use any sport - DK weight yarn that you find. Just hold 3 strands together. Here in my studio the crochet students made it using so many different yarns and it turned out beautifully with different qualities as well. Also you can contact the mYak fibers via email and ask them where to find this yarn in the US.

Hi Hello from Israel. I have linked to the yarn I used, it's the Tibetan Cloud by mYak fibers - 3 strands of yarn held together. Yes you can used a DK cotton but you'll need to use it 2 or even 3 strands together. You'll have to try and check gauge if you want to get the same size Nina bag. Happy making.
