Coldness can be a big threat to ninja during outdoor missions.
We use disposal hand or body warmer today to prevent and protect ourselves from the cold.
Ninja knew how to make a portable body warmer from natural materials, but how was it possible?
Kawakami-Sensei will be teaching Marin Shobu (NMB48) the material and the chemical reaction which will produce heat, to make it into a portable body warmer.
[Online Course Creating Project ]
We launch the first world-wide crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter for the creating Nindo Online Academy in Ninja’s history on May 13, 2021.

So what is the secret to being so agile and move so well at your age? I'm in my mid-40's in the USA and need to learn this so I can stay healthy and take care of many people that depend on me and I would love to understand and see if it is possible for me to change. I love green tea if that makes any difference :)

Simple exercises everyday can help. If you look up something called "Radio calisthenics" there are some simple exercises that take less than 5 mins to do.

Green tea is fine for anti-oxidants and relaxation, both of which are a good thing to have on a daily basis. Try walking 10 km a day if you can. Preferably over uneven ground, or even better, hiking regularly. Try to do mobility training and cardio also, and avoid consuming more calories than you spend; work for your happy meals!

I can probably do the limestone technique, but the iron technique I think is something I can't do in my current condition, it requires some more materials that don't sell anywhere near here. But limestone or stone alongside salty water at 5% is something I can do.

Shout out to you Grandmaster!!!!! You are very appreciated by my clan!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you GM this is two new ways I did not know! Thank you very much I will add this knowledge to my already established Donohi. I tell my daughter's a joke when I show them the Donohi. I say ask me a question. They ask me a question and I say. "I Donohi?" I have gained much knowledge that I will share and I would like to advertise your channel if I may? My knowledge is much but you I must say are Supreme Grandmaster! I respect that! Also without being disrespectful I would like to say the kunoichi is beautiful I see how the kunoichi was able to draw in a victim. I say I must not be disrespectful because my eye is on a woman in China so I wish not to disrespect her she may be checking on me because my trail can be traced and for the righteous it is important to be trustworthy and truthful!
