Ya it doesn't do great on hills. Even in sport mode I need to push assist on really steep hills.

I just bought a max in the UK but it turns out to be gen 1 even it was built in august this year (it said on the box). There’s no way to tell if it’s gen 1/2 unless I buy it and open the box... Is there a way up upgrade it to gen2? If yes, is it worth it to upgrade?

Ya you can buy gen 2 motors but I'm not sure if it's worth the upgrade imo. Difference isn't that crazy.

It could be a million things really. For starters I would check and make sure that the charger is working. There is no error code on the dash?

That's really odd... I've never heard of that happening. How old is the scooter? Have you tried reaching out to Segway, they have a pretty responsive customer service team and I believe the scooter comes with a warranty.

you should say how much you weight according to results 10-20 km/h do in very similar time like viron .,3,3 sec .

@@GingerOnWheels thanks bro sosimilar to me yea so it accelerate at stock similar to me viron however ninebot max can be easy upgrade in aplication to much stronger acceleration like 20-30% better acceleraton probably .

this seams very slow even for stock. I have a ninebot max i just bought and with just a custom firmware update i can hit 0-18 mph in 5.3 seconds and top out at 21-22 mph. theres no way a firmware upgrade made it double as fast. unless weight plays a roll. I weight 148 pounds. thats the only reason i could think of.

Laugh all you want but go check out the draggy on Amazon. That's exactly what it does. It pings off of satellites that are extremely accurate and expensive to ping off of so you can have acceleration testing down to the hundredth of a second.

@@GingerOnWheels "Satellites" are merely just ground based communication towers. That's why there isn't any wireless transmission signals in remote areas.

@@alexdrakeus1772 That's how phones work, ya. I was under the impression Sat Phones work differently. The first message that pops up when you turn on your draggy is "Syncing Satellite Data". I watched a few videos on the draggy before I bought it and that's what I understood anyways. I'm open to being wrong though, learn something new every day.
