Oh man, I JUST got the inclination to build a mono-green deck. Gotta love that timing.

wow nice avenger, very nicely done.

A spell enters the graveyard after it resolves, not right after it is cast. A card does not go to the graveyard until the final step of resolution. Crop Rotation would not be shuffled into the deck as as result of the Ulamog trigger.

Also you can get cute and squeeze khalni garden + cloud stone curio into this, it's infinite mana with azusa. would you switch terastodon for Sylvan primordial?

You can only do the Ulamog combo a handful of times before you end up without enough cards to draw from your library, though. Unless I am missing something. Nice Avenger, btw. And nice deck.

You're incorrect. Crop Rotation's sacrifice of a land happens as a cost before it resolves. You can hold priority, sacrifice Ulamog, and shuffle before the Rotation resolves.

I really like the list but recycle has always tested poorly for me, and Rofellos being absent from this deck is sacrilege, switch?
@sarroth11 жыл бұрын
Not duh. Ning specifically says that you cast Crop Rotation, sacrifice Ulamog in response, and after Ulamog's ability, Crop Rotation resolves. That's not how the stack works. Ulamog's ability will trigger but will not go on the stack until after Crop Rotation finishes resolving. Crop Rotation cannot both sacrifice and tutor Eye of Ugin as described in this video. One reason I don't like combos is when they're complicated enough that no one knows to correct the person doing it wrong.

This is exactly what I wanted my Azusa to be. How can it do in tournaments?
@Trueflights11 жыл бұрын
not really, when Ulamog gets shuffled back into the deck, the graveyard goes with him, replenishing your library each time.

Ghost Quarter is bad? Hit your own lands with a Crucible of Worlds out, and you get 6+ landfall triggers, 3+ untapped forests, and a thinner deck every turn. It's also one-sided ramp or card advantage with a mana doubler or Horn of Greed out. To me, destroying opponents' land is usually an afterthought.

This is a good deck

Azusa looks just like Asa Akira. Does anyone agree? Not just because she is asian but the actual shape of her face and mouth and also her body proportions (ahem).
