2014 年来一个人新加坡租房间，sgd550一个月，没网没空调，只是包水电住了6个月，订金也不要就直接搬了接我老婆后租一间studio sgd1200, 贵一点好的是不用跟别人share 有自己的小厨房和厕所，一个房间，没客厅老婆怀孕过后就搬去4方式的组屋，租了大概有4年四年后我的房东变成了我的卖家，直接把我租的屋子买下变成了买家不用搬家的情况（还送电器家私）

我和你不一样，从小到大不管是租房还是买房都是我自己一个人住，也都有自己的房间。家人都在国外。所以我长大变成了一个非常独来独往的人。就算和女孩子交往我私底下也是很不习惯同居啊。假设我小时候的人生经历和你一模一样的话...我可能现在就不会这么的独来独往吧。谢谢你的分享~！

I like your accent, not heavy, easy to understand. A good blend of good Mandarin and some Enghlish words that can't be easily translated to Mandarin.

谢谢分享你10次住房的往事，你住的(中巴璐)附近是我小时候住的地方。是新加坡最高的组屋16楼😅附近好多美食，卤麵，炒夥条非常好吃。这些美食味道找不到了😢，应该你还没有来新加坡之前。我读立道小学和欧南中学，一月多和一群离开学校几十年的中学同学聊天。聊老师啦！聊同学啦！聊得好开心😄。有些已经走了😢，一位是我们的班长。

很多时候不是因为房东要求很苛刻！而是租房子的租客不会自动，房子弄得很肮脏，或者是很吵闹骚扰的邻居！有些人说房东不给他们煮东西！那是因为有些人在做饭之后又不马上把厨房弄干净！然后他们躲在房间里面偷偷煮东西！又把房间的墙壁和厕所弄得很肮脏！试想一下，如果你是屋主的话，你会想让他们租吗？

很喜欢你的视频.我也是个新加坡租房了25年现阶段还继续在租房！只有曾经经历过租房的人才能明白酸甜苦辣其中的感受我是来自马来西亚一家三口带着小孩今年中4生！太太和孩子是在2021年财政是移居到新加坡生活. 因获得永久居留权PR才刚刚过第三年.再加上现在的房价超级高明年才打算购买自己的房子！我是来自马来西亚居銮柔佛州的小镇！是你经常都有到那里吃东甲牛肉面哪一个小区！

🇸🇬当地出生的人普遍有个恶习：喜欢在出租屋里装各种针孔高清监视、监听设备，并且当地对此似乎并没什么监管措施，中国人（其实任何人）租房须格外警惕因为即便报👮也没用的结果就是你会被赶走而已。比较保险的方案就是租🇨🇳新移民的房间，但不要租那种跟当地人结婚的（这种通常在某种程度上风俗习惯会被同化），也不要通过二房东来找房间（基本都会坑你一把），还有要注意问是不是通过国内SM奖学金到🇸🇬留学并取得身份的，这部分人绝大多很小就来了思想已经被🇸🇬当地同化。

希望各位来新加坡读书或者做工的朋友们注意一下！如果你租的是整间屋子，而你又想做二房东的话，最好先征求屋主的同意！否则他们有权没收你的抵押金，把你赶出去的！

i am wondering why did you come Singapore to study and live? Is it usually the richer chinese that are capable of doing that? If so, just thinking why your life like living quite frugal and like a nomad.
