I think it's better to compare RS660 to CBR650R, they are in same class, where as R7 and Ninja 650 are a class over 400cc but under intermediate class (where RS660 and CBR650R are), so I think you should make a video between those two bikes.

yeah because in here we have a tax called luxury good tax, that explains that an 250cc and above bike has a 60%tax of its price and 500cc and above bike has >100% tax. Our government doesn't like their people to have big bike and such, but ironically there was a case happened recently that a tax officer didn't pay taxes for his big bikes and sport cars @@SecondGearYT

Cool comparison, thank you. I wonder what the top speeds are? Ninja 650, downhill, can hit 127 mph, to maybe 131 mph. Price definitely affects one's decision regarding cost, insurance, availability, and practical uses. I own a '21 Ninja 650, which thankfully doesn't need to race against the RS660 or R7 to be a very practical, capable, efficient, fun motorcycle on the roads with a range of 200+ miles freeway and backroads before the next fuel fill up with 87 octane (lower octane gas). 3 cool bikes though, thanks!

For top speeds, the Ninja 650 typically reaches around 212 km/h (131 mph), the Rs660 at 255 km/h (158mph), and the R7 goes around 235 km/h (146mph). in terms of cost, yeah the Ninja is the most economical choice here. It is not just cheaper upfront but also cheaper to run and maintain. 😁

Aprilia has a crazy price. It's like comparing three compact cars: Suzuki Baleno, Mercedes A Class, Toyota Corolla. Ofc, Merc is gonna win, but at what price?

Yeah, its MSRP is kinda too close to full-fledged supersports, which makes people wonder if they'd better just go all-in on supersport. However, I do think the RS holds its own unique appeal and has a special place for those who think the R7 is too calm, but the R6 is too much. It bridges the gap between them nicely

The 660 is a clear winner. The 650 is a non starter, far too underpowered and under-featured to even be in this comparo... I'm not even sure why would one looking for a commuter would come to 650 cc class... and the R7 is a huge let down and an insult to its predecessor, the R6. Not to mention apart from the fully adjustable front suspension, its doesnt hold a candle to the 660.
