Can we get a shot comparison from a CS3 with a reg set at 550 and then set at 750?

There will be 0 difference. It really doesn't matter what the pressure runs at as long as it's higher than what the marker needs. That's the purpose of the regulator in the marker. The only reason people started to move away from higher pressure regs is because some of the manufacturers for markers as they started to have internally plumbed markers recommend to use low - mid pressure regs. Now I have used high pressure on Bob Long, PE, Mini (AXE), and a few others with no issues. High pressure is more useful to have around because it works on pretty much every marker.

@@Damitsall Higher pressure input will put more stress on the inline reg. PE markers are known to have resonance on the inline reg (pinging) when ran at high pressure. My BL MVP often blows the ASA seal if I use a higher pressure bottle. A 450psi bottle will work fine with just about everything.

It's kinda hilarious how diplomatic you guys are being. The Powerhouse regs make Ninja look like clown shoes. PH is so much better made, more consistent, easier to maintain and their customer service is second to none.

I have a powerhouse, and I've loosened the top screws to adjust how the regulator is oriented on my marker while it was completely full of air. Ninja makes very nice bottles but imo powerhouse has the regulator industry on 🔐 right now...

The Ninja Pro V2 is available in steel threads but I guess the bonnet and threads are all one piece versus the 2-piece ACE. Also isn't the other big difference between the Pro V2 and the ACE is that the default output is 800 psi, versus the ACE which is 550 psi?

Would a tippmann stormer be able to handle high pressure output from a ninja ?
@KraptainKrunCh Жыл бұрын
Tippmann's can run at 800 PSI I believe.

there's a reason it's called a regulator

I'm not familiar with the stormer in particular, but I know pretty much every other marker Tippmann has made in the past 30 years REQUIRES high pressure. Most of these adjustable regs are fine, just run them on the higher setting.

Ninja ftw. It's the original. Edit: flat burst disks are not technically ASTM certified at this point in time. Edit Edit: 5/64 is 1.9mm but due to tolerances, most the time a high-quality 2mm will fit nice and tight and won't risk stripping.
