I grew up surfing and skating between both tribes . Skaters or more feral and sometimes come from way more adversity and hardships at home than the average surfer who usually takes for granted how much better thay have it if they can afford to surf at all . Skating is more a survival mechanism for forgotten youth . Surfing is absolute freedom . Surfers are territorial pricks. Skateboarders will take you under there wing, in to the tribe, usually with very little judgment. However, I wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for skateboarding and surfing. Skateboarding breeds a way harder individual, surfing breeds hard-core whiners . I love surfing , and skateboarding equally ⚖️. ❤🤙🤙
