Ninja Foodi fall off the bone Barbeque Ribs - Guy Fieri Sauce Vs. Stubbs BBQ Sauce
Subscribe to this youtube channel: bit.ly/YourEverydayJoe_KZbin
If you want a recipe for bbq ribs that fall off the bone without having to break out the grill, then try this recipe using your ninja foodi pressure cooker and air fryer. In this video, I make the most tender fall off the bone ribs and use two different bbq sauces. Stubbs Hickory Bourbon Legendary sauce which gives a nice smokey flavor and a higher level of spice but is a much thinner sauce and less sweet and the Guy Fieri Kansas City Smokey & Sweet sauce which is much thicker and just as smokey but has a sweeter flavor. Either sauce made the St Louis style baby back ribs tasty and delicious. If you want to make your ribs tender and fall off the bone then consider using a steamer or pressure cooker like the ninja foodi before grilling or baking the ribs. Check out the recipe ingredient list below.

@@YourEverydayJoe they were amazing! I only had a little bit though because while I was outside my 100 pound dog pulled the Foodi off the counter. Not even a bone left. The key is that air crisp at the end. Foodi still works so I'll make them again!

Another great video Joe! I always make ribs in the foodi. I, however let it n.r. For 10 minutes. We like sweet baby rays original bbq sauce. How is the aero garden going? Update us when you get a chance

Thanks Ellen, as always love the support. The aero garden is doing great. Everything I used seem to be growing well but the dill is growing like crazy I have to harvest it every couple of days. I have a future video to show progress.thanks again.

These look yummy! One question - did the basket you put the meat in cone with the Foodi? It looks perfect for this use as the solid walls would funnel the pressure to the center (as opposed to an open steamer basket or trivet usually used in an instant pot) as well as the final heat crisping. Your AeroGarden appears to be doing really well there in the background. Are you enjoying it?

@Holly Bowen thanks for the questions. Yes the basket I used came with the Ninja Foodi. It's mainly used for air Frying and it comes with a plastic diffuser which snaps onto the bottom raising the basket up about an inch from the base of the pressure pot. It works great as a steamer basket too. Thanks for noticing the Aerogarden too. It is growing nicely. I need to harvest every few days, especially the dill. Its growing out of control. Thanks for your support.😎👍

Fifteen minutes counter top time will only raise raw meat temp by two degrees at most but is not necessary for the end product.

I saw you put in 2 portions. Would you be able to fit in more to cook at once?
@YourEverydayJoe
@YourEverydayJoe 3 жыл бұрын
If your just pressure cooking probably be able to fit 1 or 2 additional portions, as for air frying you will be limited to about 3 max if you stack them well.

Do you put water first before the pressure cooker
@YourEverydayJoe
@YourEverydayJoe 3 жыл бұрын
When you pressure cook, some liquid is always needed. As it heats up the water, steam is created and builds up pressure.

Why not a natural release? Does that do something bad to the meat?
@YourEverydayJoe
@YourEverydayJoe 3 жыл бұрын
No that only continues the cooking process. The quick release allows you to open and remove it from the heat.

Hey...……...…..what if you don't the meat to fall off the bone???? LOL Looks good. Back on my diet though. Put back on too many pounds. Hate it. But love your recipes.
@YourEverydayJoe

If the meat doesn't fall off the bone then you'll just need to work harder to eat it... That may help burn some extra calories Right??? Keep working at it, my belief is that if we fall off the wagon, we just need to get up and get back on it, it's our wagon after all it won't leave without us. Thanks. 😎👍
