Looks good to me! I do sweet potato fries a little harder to work with but better for you I did the exact same thing I throw on my favorite barbecue rub afterwards give a shake it's awesome I throw my sweet potatoes in pressure cooker for 3 minutes get soft enough to run through a french fry cutter I do the same thing with thin sliced chicken breast except I season those before I cook them in the air fryer but those come out awesome too give John Henry's brisket rub a try or yardbird rub they're all good Good stuff, great video thanks! 👍🔥

I think olive oil and avacado oil aren’t rite oils for this I think honestly just vegetable oil or canola oil and just a tiny amount I think the oil flashpoint creates a weird taste or am I doing something else wrong
