Louise, I just made the stuffed chicken breasts. Instead of making your sausage stuffing, I made my bread stuffing (used for stuffing a Thanksgiving turkey) made with diced onion & celery sauteed in butter & then simmered in chicken stock with ground sage added. Then I mixed in dried bread cubes until well moistened. I did everything else according to your recipe and they turned out GREAT!!! It was browned beautifully & really tasted good. I did everything in my Ninja Foodi. My husband said this was restaurant quality (good restaurant) food. Thank you again for your wonderful recipes.

So this was my first time using the Ninja. I modified ur stuffing recipe using chopped mushrooms, onions and sausage tossed with some thyme. I also used panko rather than fine breadcrumbs for a little more texture. Cooked for 10 minutes on 375 each side. This is now my absolute favorite recipe. Its like Thanksgiving in a crispy chicken. I whipped up a gravy with some mash potatoes....wow! Thank you so much for the inspiration to buy the Ninja but also the tips and recipe! Looking forward to trying many more of your foodspirations!!!

If its air frying why would you need to flip your chicken or any items? I thought it circulated around the food so you wouldn't have to flip it. Just curious? Thx Lisa
@TheSaltedPepper5 жыл бұрын
Lisa Watts it does circle around the food, but I still like to flip it so it gets even browning. I find sometimes the bottom browns more than the top in the basket because of the added heat from the basket. While food on the rack in the high position browns more on top. Hope that helps!

@TheSaltedPepper5 жыл бұрын
joe wheeler absolutely! That’s what I did, my stuffing was a spinach and feta dip that had been baked. If it’s a dry stuffing, add some moisture, a pat of butter or a bit of cheese. You could stuff them with anything! Ham and cheese would be good or even pizza toppings like a light sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni. It’s your food, make it exactly the way you like it! 😁

Great question! I always use Fine Ground Mediterranean Sea Salt by McCormick, I link to it in the description section. You could use any kind of salt that you like in this recipe. My measurements are for sea salt which is a little coarser than table salt, so if using table salt decrease the amount.

Kathy doubleu I never thought of that, but I guess you could, as long as you bring the temp of the frittata up to 165 to make sure any raw chicken juices are heated properly.

Another great video. I’m from Ireland so I always have to Google the Fahrenheit to Celsius conversion lol. But I have learned a lot from your videos with My Ninja Foodie. Keep up the great work.
