Ryu had: - Wiped out a end-of-the-world cult (Arcade version - If Yaiba's remark is considered canonical); - PWNED an overlord at the age of 16 (Game Boy); - Defeated two demonlords (Jaquio and Ashtar), a mutated monster (Clancy), a Demonic Samurai (In the european Master System game), stormed a country made of fearsome monsters and finally wiped out a gigantic god of evil (Xbox games); - Defeated a Tengu master (And Tengu are really powerful creatures). The only "godess" Naruto had won: - He had the aid of the Series' official gary-stu; - Every single enemy he had faced so far, surrendered via talk/plot jutsu; - None of them being world-shattering deities, just superpowered boyscouts; - He defeated Kaguya in the most RIDICULOUS way ever. So, in regards to discussion, who wins? DUH. You can't compare a true badass with a wimp who genderbends himself just to piss his mentor off and gets away with it.

Well I don't know what the two have to do with one another but the deciding factor would be simply that Naruto"s abilities are no longer on a human scale. Case closed. Ryu although awesome and in more ways than one a more legit ninja, is still quite human. Limited in every physical degree. Naruto himself well...makes light wish it was faster. Can destroy entire cities with a single rasengan. Now I can't say for sure. However, Naruto simply outclasses Ryu's own physical ability.
