I will put a link under the video to a page that tells what all benefits you get from Acai. I have knee problems and when I take on regular basis, it helps my knees. Called the company and asked why? she said probably the Omega fatty acids in it. there are more antioxidants in Acai than in blueberries and wine! go to the link I will provide in description under video. thanks for watching !!!!

not every day, yes very filling especially the Green Drinks (see my other videos) with the vegies. Like eating a giant salad and more. But probably at least every other day, either breakfast or green drink for lunch. if you are weight lifting etc. you may want to add that protein powder you were talking about. thanks for watching everyone!

Thanks for sharing. I would add lemon juice and some vegetable protein (e.g, hemp) to it.

Organic just means chemicals weren't used during the growing process. You can have GMO plants that were raised in organic conditions.

I have at least two other Ninja Green Drink videos on my channel check them out. I also sometime want to make icecream/sorbets in my Ninja, using maybe frozen peaches, or strawberries with only a small amount of some type of sweetener, perhaps Agave syrup. and mayb a tiny bit of milk or yogurt to make them creamier. thanks for watching!!!

until recently they could not be listed as organic, but unfortunately GMO is contaminating the world's crops to the point where we may lose true heirloom varieties. here is what was listed in an article and I will post the link above since I can't in here: Until recently, I assumed GMO food could not be called “organic.” The U.S. and Canada both prohibit 100% certified organic food from containing GMO ingredients. However, contamination of the crops may cause organic....
