It took me SO long to find this. In a weird sad way, I think this is the one of the last games that imprinted potently in the most vague way that finding it was a journey lol. Still one moooore.

wow, I had a very abstract/vague memory of this game and I never knew its name until now. (I remember seeing it when I was 3 or maybe 5 years old, I remember we had this demo but it included demos of what I believe is a Die Hard game, also a Game where you drive with a taxi/car to stop or escape a big explosion that will happen when the time runs out, and a multiplayer brawl Fighting game who's name I also found but once again I forgot.) The vague images I remember of this game would give me a very odd/surreal feeling, seeing in here the trees falling and the two big enemies spawning near the gate made me certain that this was that game. (other stuff like the bridge, the blue-ish purple-ish color of the ninja you play as, and the small campfire with monks you run across and overall the entire backtracking trip you need to take to unlock that chest with the key are things I somewhat retained, even the culminating sound of the gate opening and triggering the cutscene were a wierd big monster drops and it just ends the game...actually the one we had might have continued with the fight and then ended once you defeated it and got past the final gate) Really weird how my memory retained and held these images/sounds/movements from when I was a child. I wouldn't call the feeling nostalgic, I'm nostalgic for many other things, but this feeling is some-what different, it's something quite more surreal/odd.

Weirdly enough I gotta I agree with y’all. I remember playing this demo disc but I don’t remember the screen to choose games, only the games themselves. This one was weird to me as a 5 year old, but the weird setting, music, and overall gameplay left an imprint on my brain as well.

I used to played the demo version of that as well. It was a lot of fun. I brought the actual game awhile back, but couldn't finish it cause when I reach to boss 3 or 4, can't remember which one. So when I reach to another boss, not only the screen turns black and never change, but come to find out, the disc stops. It was no sense for me to keep a game that I can't play and finish, so I give it away. The disc was in really good shape. There were no scratches. I brought another copy, same thing happen. I just can't understand why the hell it does that.

Seems like this 'guy' doesn't know how to play this ninja game the right way, for I used to play this game alot when I was younger while I had the original PlayStation. Didn't know how to use 'his' martial-art skills & kept relying on the throwing-daggers. *SIGH* how the years have passed.
