This was another great idea Doug! I still love the Speedi videos! You're doing things with it I haven't seen anywhere else. I hope you still keep the Speedi going if you like what it does!

I'm so grateful for your videos. I bought a Speedi for myself and one for my 68 YO parents since their air fryer died. I can send your videos to my Ma and she can easily follow along with them. It also helps that you cook things I know my dad will like.

Toasted sesame oil is typically used in Asian foods. Very different flavor from sesame oil. Give it a try Doug ! Thank you for the great recipe videos.

"Woo-ches-sister-so-sho sauce" 😆 The most hilarious and over the top pronunciation of Worcestershire sauce I've ever heard. For a bit of help, it's pronounced "WOOSTER-shir". We shorten it to it just 'wooster sauce'. You can just reduce the amount of sesame oil. A tablespoon is a lot since it's mainly used as for seasoning. I would definitely reduce it.

I love sesame oil and add w drop to my rice and marinades. It is very strong so what I do is dilute it with some other oil in the bottle, but not a lot.

I understand where you're coming from with the sesame oil. But a good rule is always used a 1/2 a teaspoon per cup of rice. And also saute it just a little longer to cook the taste.

I wonder what is "rapid cooking" setting on Ninja speedy equal in ninja foodie multi cooker? Can you tell? Because I can't, and all I have is 6qt smart lid multi cooker

I'n not worried about the foodi at this time, people in 2023 wanna know about the speedi

@@COOKINGWITHDOUG lol. I've invested in multi cooker already. Takes too much of real estate in my kitchen cabinets

Japanese or Korean brand sesame oil 3:51 have very strong taste which I think too much flavour. Try to get china brand.
@eastherterry115810 ай бұрын
Perhaps you use too much sesame seed or just a little goes a long way
