Can you use silicone pans in the speedi?

In the pot yes. I would not recommend any on the rack. Too close to element. But in the pot sure. Cake, eggs, etc..Silicone work great.

I am having a problem finding a loaf pan that would fit my Speedi. I prefer that to this recipe that uses a free form "pan". The recipe does look good in any case.

@@staceygrant7217 I ended up using a disposable aluminum pan that fit my Speedi perfectly. I could clean it in my DW if I put something heavy on it to hold it in place.
