McKack Keto is just a calorie deficit but retarded. The only reason it works is because you’re consuming less calories. All this ketosis crap is bs. Not only that but 16:8 fasting isn't even all that impressive. That's like baby steps. If you eat one meal a day (22:2) then maybe you can eat anything you'd like. Mix keto in there with the one meal a day and that's something to be proud of.

Yeah Ethan got it wrong, fasting totally DOES work and there is a lot of science behind the health benefits, but you still have to eat healthy when you break your fast. Carbs are okay in moderation especially if it comes with a good amount of fiber, but you should NEVER break a fast with carbs, this causes massive insulin spikes. Your first meal of the day should be mostly protein.

Intermittent fasting, with a keto diet, and like 20-30 min a day of exercise is all you need to lose weight and get in pretty buff shape, barring you don't have any health/hormone issues that keep you from losing the weight.
