This was the first episode I ever saw, and it really confused me to watch it with no idea what any of the references to past episodes meant. But despite this, it still got me hooked on the show! I was hoping I would hate it so I wouldn't have to worrying about buying... every... single... episode... I don't even remember scheduling it. It was always going to be a bonus video. That rapping part with all the Mikeys just made me cry with laughter!!! It was so frickin' funny, I couldn't stop laughing my head off! My bro knocked on my door to see what I was doing (and it was midnight at the time, too!). Anyway... Can't wait for next week's "The Arena of Carnage"! Hope Traximus and his all-stars come in, too! And that reminds me, in the 2003 series, Traximus searched for people (whomever) to help him fight for the rebellion against the Triceraton Republic... And to do that, he went to the Battle Nexus... The Funniest dream that I had was Gandolf yelling to the Fellowship, "Quickly now! Through the Stargate!" As they aproach a typical Stargate grass plain with spiraling sones around it they all get into defensive possitions while hordes of Jaffa and Orcs arrive...as Boromir Dials the D.H.D. And they got away to a forrest planet/location in Autumn.

I also felt the same way about how these things are called the Neutrinos in this series. I've been saying it over and over and over again how much I'd like to see something like the 80s cartoon Neutrinos on this TMNT. Maybe even giving them a sort of Fast and Furious kind of twist so that they're a little edgier. Like you Andre, I still hope that is a possibility.

this is the sixth episode of this season and I only just now noticed that michelangelo does not have nunchuks as his new upgraded weapon, instead, his weapon has a shape of tonfa - it is a nice little easter egg interesting choice, since right now, in IDW comics, he also started to use grappling hook instead I also did not see anyone mentioning it in review

The Zaphod Cantina was also a reference to Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Specifically, Zaphod Beeblebrox, president of the galaxy I really enjoyed the reference.

There was one part of the episode that I found very disturbing, and especially if kids saw it. It was the part where the "things that shall not be called Neutrinos" just went into Mikey's imagination and they were shooting lasers and one of the Chris Bradfords that was next to the throne is shot and is disintegrated, turns into a skeleton, and falls apart. When that happened I was just like "Whoa! That's dark!" I mean yes they were inside Mikey's imagination, but that doesn't make it any less creepy.

Is it weird to still have hope that the neutrinos ARE still the same guys from the old cartoons (well, maybe a bit less lame) BUT in sort of ironman suits used to infiltrate the subconscious? Like a protective armor? Then later on, we get to see them outside the suits? Makes sense to me since they all look the same. I think it would be a fun surprise for new Turtles viewers to see a retake on what we had as kids. :3

These Neutrinos looked like metal version of Marvel's Mindless Ones, (Beings from the Dark Dimension that are the slaves of Dormammu.) The Mindless ones could even turn their hands into blades or cannons just like the Neutrinos. I bet this was an intentional reference.

This is a huge improvement from "In Dreams" because they actually used the "fight using the mind" cartoon theory. Not sure what that means, watch Gravity Falls season 1 episode 19. The mind fighting thing wasn't used in "In Dreams" which seriously ticked me off
