My thoughts were that the Healing Hands can't fix everything or aren't an instant fix with some wounds taking longer to heal which is why Splinter was still hurt after Slash attacked him they just increase the speed of healing. Giving it limits makes sense the Turtles can't just jump right back into the fight with Wolverine level healing.

The part of Leonardo using the grappling hooks and swords ala ATTACK on TITANS was FREAKING AWESOME, and the Turtle Meka vs Mega Shredder was beyond awesome, this is defined one of my favorites episodes in this season.

There were also Spidey references with Mikey hanging upside down before hitting the mutagen inside of the MegaShredder. Also the crouching pose Leo made on the roof before Mikey snuck up on him was somewhat Spidey-like. I called the Mega-Shredder, Shrimpzilla. I actually thought it was heading in that direction.

This is my favorite episode by far! The Godzilla spikes on it's back, Donnie straight up calling it a kaiju, the Attack on Titan-style combat with Leo, the Pacific Rim-style combat, and even music that sounds similar to the classic Godzilla movies! Is this what heaven is like? :D Oh, btw, I actually like the 2014 Godzilla movie haha. But it's cool, we have different opinions on that, and that's fine. :)

I am embarassed to say that I just watched the entire season of Attack on Titan last week and I didn't pick up on the show referencing it. Sigh... By the way, am I the only one who thought the Oroku Saki brain/tongue thing looked like it was inspired from the centipede spirit in the first episode of Inu Yasha? Anyway, fun episode but man, I had a very different idea of how Mega Shredder would look when I read the title :D

This was such a fun episode, and was shocked by the godzilla music that kicked in. Giant monster mecha fights, attack on titan reference (nice one by the way Andre) this episode had everything. Although wouldn't it have been awesome if somehow the current power rangers (dino charge) somehow came on the scene and brought their megazord to the fight. That would've been awesome.

edwinplayer I liked the character but not the origin. I think it was her origin that so many people disliked. That and she had boobs. I think the 2012 show's creators are good enough to revamp the character and make her better. But there is so much hate around her that I don't think it will happen.

Apple Pye nothing wrong with a turtle being given breasts. if people want to be accurate, then April would have gotten sick from Salmonella the moment she kissed Donnie. they most likely bathe in sewage or don't bathe at all, we've even seen them swim in sewage water. Splinter is probably already a carrier of various diseases. they should not be able to talk as they don't have vocal cords and should only be able to hiss. these turtles are human/turtle hybrids from getting in contact with Hamato Yoshi. Venus' origin also had contact with a human, so Venus is also a hybrid of human/turtle. it should not be a problem if she has breasts. the Next Mutation was an awful show, it made all the turtles look like inconsiderate assholes and making them look bad. and the only decent character in the show gets hate just because she has boobs? the only actual legitimate problem is her origin as it changed the origin of the 4 turtles as well by making her their sister, but that can easily be changed. if they can change Mona Lisa to be an alien from the same clan as Newtralizer, she can have an origin in where she's not related to the turtles.

Im going to try to think of TMNT movie refrences no one has said and no one will Do. So King Ralph. After a tragic event befalls the royal family, Raphael is determined to be the next in line for the throne, gets to be King and anoys the British with his Ignorant ways and hip in your face American life style while dating a typical modern girl and getting scaleded in the newspaper untill he hands the throne over to the onky guy who was ever nive to him. There if TMNT does that...well I won't be surprised, but I would be confused.
