Ninja Woodfire Grill | How To Make A Smash Burger

Hi guys. If you want to try something different from your normal burgers, why no go up a level and try a smash burger. These are juicy, flavourful burgers made by smashing down fresh beef patties on a hot grill. Here’s how you can make them at home.
Remember, whether you DIY or dine out, the key to a great smash burger is that satisfying crunch when you take that first bite! 😋🔥

Ingredients
200 g minced beef (ground beef) per burger (7oz)
Burger buns (I used brioche)
Lettuce
Tomato
Burger sauce - 2tbsp mayonnaise - 1 tsp hot sauce - 1 tsp American mustard - 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Looks good, man! My trick for smashing the burgers is the bottom of a heavy saucepan. It's great because you can grip the sides and push as hard as you like.
