I'd love to see more lore videos like these! So far it seems like they're expanding more on the lore with the recent champion, Lex, seeing as how they mentioned him being a part of an organization that keeps order around the realm, but until they release lore i'd love to more speculation videos

I posted this on your Reddit post: Well I think there's competition in Crosswind Hold for the title of being Paladin. That this title can grant many privileges, such as gold, glory, and holy blessing. This title intrigues Androxus and he desires this Title to cure or suppress his curse. Maybe this answers why are the 'Champions" are fighting?

I think the fights are just gameplay which is separate from lore. Sha Lin (the main character) wouldn't kill Pip (his best friend) or Ying (his girlfriend) in lore.

In addition the game is called Paladins which is plural implying there can be more than one paladin. Although, then again i guess you could argue that two teams fight each other and only the winning team become paladins.

"There is a light at the end of the tunnel, now go towards it" Is a joke line of Alongside with "One.... (Cant remember) get said to one another, is that you coffin(cousin)?" I've been asking so many people about the first joke and I didn't meet anyone who seems to understand, so I researched myself... And then I come across "You carry the light" - "Forgive me" After that I asked myself, why would a dark figures like Androxus have such a line. However then, I make a hypothesis because of Androxus is cursed, He might have a chance that he is not purely evil. I mean he might used to be a good guy but his curse made him what he is now. As we found out the line "the curse grows" explains that Androxus is not fully cursed. The curse is on his right arm and now probably is making its way to the core of Androxus to make it an even more destructive figures. Thus I hope that is enough to explain a few inconsistent line. Now back to his first joke, I wanted to break it down and refers a few words to its meaning; Tunnel is most likely means darkness but to be exact it is most likely a darkness that consumes people or "fear". Light is most likely means "the way out of the "tunnel"". However what makes it deserve to be counted as a joke? It doesn't even sounds funny. Well this line could explains why "Fear does not fade, it will be hide and wait!", which now explains that Androxus says that you must get out of the consuming darkness (fear), but at the exact same time he knows that we cant escape our fear as it does not fade. In other words he wanted us to spend our time for nothing but to run from what is unescapable and probably at the end we only reach death as it awaits us all! And that's it! What await us at the end of the tunnel is death! it is pretty funny for a dark humor....

I don't know if you know but in the paladins community magazine there is already lore section. Although tbh I hope it's not official. There is said that Grover doesn't know where Sylvanus is and is looking for him.

I'd add a few more info, that I found in the voicelines of the wiki: in an unused line, when his "cards are active" he says "The light fades." when androxus kills skye, he says "I was born in the dark!" hinting, that he already had something to do with nyx/nox from the day that he was born when he uses VEG (I am the greatest) he says "Now I am become death!", possibly leading that he may took the role of the god of death also an unused line when he is "using his weapon" he says "There can be no life without order!", maybe he sort of wants to maintain balance or something idk these are all that I've collected from the wiki, that I found interesting great video btw, next I would find interesting is Drogoz lore, and why he has a jetpack :)

Well to add something about Androxus's Lore, the new character is going to come out is Seris (AKA Oracle) and she is connected to him. They focus a lot about Abyss and Twilight, she could a servant to this God that Andy (Yes that's my nickname for him) has killed. Or better she is this God that Androxus has killed like she's is the avatar of Nyx maybe. I mean she doesn't resent him for killing her or her god. what if nyx suvived after what happened in smite and then saw lex and androxus then said "hmm lets mess with these guys" and then she put some curse onto androxus, but it backfired and it made him stronger. when andro found who put the curse on him he killed nyx but it's too late to get rid of the curse so he has to live with it, which gives a reason as to why hes sometimes liking the curse and sometimes hes not (in a way he became stronger so he probably liked it but as a side effect he has to go ahead and do some killing or something)

Really I think the way Grover speaks about sylvanus is due to the fact that he probably hates him. If you play sylvanus or see his win/lose animations you will see that Grover is always groaning, growling, and running away from sylvanus. If anything Grover probably finally left sylvanus and is independent now.

There was a guy claiming he datamined the lose on reddit, and he theorised how there were basicly realms, and gods tried to achieve piece between them, and the God of War (Ares), who was the god of the realm Silvermoon, wanted his poeple to pray for the war to continue, or else he would torcher them. So then, Andie got pissed, he grabbed his weapons, killing the god but alos the citizens with the unstable explosion that the God left behind, and Andie is now cursed, because a god can't be truly killed, but Nyx instead imprisoned Androxuses body rotting his flesh. They probably shifted it far away from that, but hey that's cool.

In my lore (since it's so lean): Good guys are Sha Lin, Pip, Ying, Evie, Grover, Inara, Barik, Torvald, Fernando, Makoa, and Cassie. Main bad guys are Androxus, Ruckus, and Drogoz with Viktor, Grohk, Mal Damba, Skye, Lex, Maeve, and Buck and Kinessa can go either way. Main characters are Sha Lin, Pip, and Ying and they've been friends since Sha Lin and Pip were 10 and Ying 9 and they're now 16 and 15 and Evie is like the 14 year old annoying peppy runt of the group. Drogoz is a mercenary bounty hunter who hates humans while Lex is hunting him as well as Sha Lin and Pip because as treasure hunters they're technically thieves. Ruckus is an evil genius goblin who has the orcs under his command and his suit comes from an ancient civilization (our civilization from the future) and refitted an ancient mech suit to fit him and Bolt hates him for waking him up since the AI had its own little heaven in the sleep mode for thousands of years and having seen war wipe out civilization he hates Ruckus for being a war mongering dictator. Torvald knowing Androxus killed a god and is a big threat (after the Ruckus arc, Sha Lin Pip and Ying beat Ruckus but spared his life then after they left Androxus killed him) to civilization is researching ancient magical artifacts to help him. He passes some knowledge down to Evie but Androxus kills Torvald. Viktor was a World War II soldier who was sucked into a portal meant for Germans. An evil sorcerer did a spell to summon some of the most evil army to ever walk the planet but Viktor's squad pushed up just as it opened (Rocket Barrage doesn't just come out of Viktor's ass he has men firing it for him, men from his WWII squad) so he got brainwashed by the Sorcerer so he thinks the good guys are bad. After learning the truth he is about to go back to his time period but his squad was set up to die and suspected of treason so he'd return to a world where everyone he loves is dead and the government he was loyal to viewing him as a traitor. Viktor decides to stay in The Realm knowing he can do far more good and is far more appreciated there.

My theory is that Androxus worked for bomb king the only known king in the realm along with Lex! If you don't believe me look at Lex's dual magnums and Androxus's New skin's revolver. Anyways after some time Androxus was sent on a mission into an uninhabited part of the realm to colonize. Their he found Nyx. Nyx then forced Androxus to kill her giving him the accursed arm! Though since Primordial Gods don't die she easily recoverd. And don't know why she did it yet since I'm still figuring that out

Before I watch this, I think it's obvious how he was able to kill a god. Reversal. Only way to kill a god is with the power of a god? As for the god itself, I think it's obvious that it's whoever cursed his arm, but with that in mind, how did Androxus slay them with Reversal? Perhaps the god cursed Androxus beforehand, and he used that curse to slay the god. So, why did the god curse Androxus? It's implied that there is more than one god, but it's not as if Androxus has allegiance to another, so it's no case of rivalry between gods with Androxus serving one. Androxus must have done something of his own will. Maybe the curse isn't really a curse? It gave Androxus powers. Maybe Androxus made a deal with the god, which he regretted, and slayed him over. Edit: Apparently that's all wrong. Apparently killing a god is easy as shit.

first for someone watching this now you know who Zhin is Zhin The Tyrant He is the leader of a gang/army called 1000 hands clan it has been said that he has defeated many armys and made a name for the 1000 hands clan and is trying to take over the world and steal the ''crystals'' witch ''Bring out the inner power of a champion and each crystal is earned by unlocking your talent and tittle'' He wants every crystal in the world for him self just for being the world ruler and a ''Tyrant'' . So the champions are fighting for crystals to get more power some are lucky and have more power and are stronger than others (Lex,Willo) but some crystals cant be well collected like Androxuses he is a god slayer he got his crystal because of a curse that he got for killing Nix/Nox and could have negative affects on normal human beings.. Probably Seris was his partner too cause there are many such references in her voice line...(seris is a leaked champion coming in ob48). One major similarity is that both seris and androxus are cursed.. and another similarities is that her all attack and abilities are all based on the "Power of Abyss"So maybe seris and androxus were partners.... Or maybe they both were against each other.. Because when she gets killed by androxus she says: "Was it everything you desired?" And when she kills androxus she says these 2 lines: "It's been a while." and "The Abyss comes to collect!" In spawn chatter too she says to androxus "The Abyss has treated you well, Androxus." Also her escape ability is Shadow travel. Thats all I could get... hope it will be used by you for your videos... Paladins is a game (duh) Crosswind i'm guessing is what the world of Paladins is Called Umbria is a particular place in Crosswind (like a state/county)
