This is one of my all-time favorite episodes of your series, and it’s definitely the best romance you’ve ever written. It doesn’t hurt that the tragedy of Wu and Misako’s young love plays out like a John Denver song translated into film, every painstaking detail captured. The flowered hills, the vibrant colors, the sunsets, the passage of time- it’s all present. I mean, I could wax poetic for ages about the omnipresent rotating shot of Wu and Misako together and how it serves as a miniature motif as well as a perfect hyper-stylized representation of the almost cinematic nature of young love while still looking like something straight out of a true romance. The new title cards work a treat here, too- they feel old fashioned, and really tie together the atmosphere of the episode. It’s a very special experience, especially now. Wonderful stuff, man. Keep doing what you’re doing, PLEASE. Thank me later. Your number one sycophant, Frostbyte Freeman.

1:29 - WOAH! SENSEI WU'S GOT QUICK REFLEXES! Anyway, sorry I'm late. I've been stuck in school all day and I'm struggling to finish this one assignment. It's taking me a lot longer to do than I originally thought. It's due tonight and it doesn't look like I'll finish it in time... Yeah... I need to start working on things ahead of time more. Well, enough about my boring day, this has made it a lot better! :) I really am enjoying the story of this series! It's so good! Your writing and plot execution is incredible! I'm so amazed by everything! The animation is always so smooth and detailed! The effects, lighting and everything is always so unimaginably incredible! It's so inspiring and motivational! The years I've watched your videos, have been so enlightening and taught me so much!
