Great work. Huntington's has classically been described as a disorder of nucleotide triplicate repeat expansion, I had no idea there was a deacetylation component as well.

Super useful and easy to remember - love your teaching style! I had a mistake in my mental model of how DNA is packed inside of the nucleus - I thought that it's by default in a chromosome format and not chromatin - thanks for that!

Hello, Mr Murphy! I love your videos! They help me a lot with my med school studies! I have a suggestion to make: at the end of the video, you could show the entire board for a quick screenshot! That would help so much with the note taking of your classes! In Brazil, where I live, so many teachers on KZbin leave 5 second at the end to pause the video and take notes! Do you know what would be cool? You explain better than anyone. The animations I see with your explanation would be so informative. I can picture what you are talking about because I saw the animations. Go over parts and then restate with the animations. To see your lectures and to see the animations really give strong foundations for learning something I never thought I would get to see. Zack, one day I hope you take a complete cell structure and you in your method finally give students hungry to know what we have waited a lifetime to learn.
