You know what would be a good idea for the police meetings? You should have someone write up a quiz of SOP, pd, law, legislation, constitutional questions. Then take a bunch of empty note books with a read/write copy the quiz in character, and pass them out to everyone. Then take them all at the end. Then that will be a way of both educating them, and reviewing their knowledge. Could be an academy thing too.

atleast half of ninos story here is either made up bs or stories that have been passed from one person to another person and changed atleast 3 times before they actually reached nino but he doesnt care because it fits his preconceived narrative.
