Always a w chaser no matter the character. Just go down the rabbit hole of Mary Mushkin. 3.0 she threw tantrums at races especially when people called her out I.E. jumping starts. She had more power and made more money than owners of the tuner shop. She monopolized the used car market. Leveraged contracts of 5 star to her own benefit. Became the main controller of GNE and the richest in the city. No matter what character she writes contracts/ laws that always suits her needs and wants.

The fact that the elected Mayors can't be in charge of everything happening in the Island tells you everything. Having a MARSHALL having the power to change Legislations is crazy work, not even Judges should be hable to do so without the Mayors aproval of said charges. Why do they even have the chance to change it ? Admins/Devs are doing horrible work in giving power to the wrong people.
