I mean it's fruits, yogurt, sugar, milk and agar. If you can't find or afford agar powder, you can substitute it with gelatin (powder or sheets work well) and the result will be the same if not better !

there's a Japanese brand called "house" they sell this sort of yogurt jelly. it comes as a liquid in a packet, and you add cold milk, stir and chill. it suitable for even young kids to make, as long as you can buy the jelly (I found them at whatever Japanese supermarket) edit: the jelly is called フルーチェ

@@rebeccarivas420 I made this for my family using only strawberries. It's like strawberries & cream. You can adjust the sweetness or tartness based on how you like it. My whole family really liked this & we'll definitely make it again. (Note, if you use strawberries and slice lengthwise, the slices look like hearts, which is what I did for a valentine's dessert.)

Hi! Quick question, what kind of yogurt did you use? When I put the yogurt in the boiling milk it separated between chunks of dairy and water and became chunky. Any tips on how to prevent this?
