i made it last night but instead of using cake flour i just used apf and the taste was okay but i think it would be better with cake flour. i put it in the oven but the pudding didn’t cook at all so i had to switch to a steaming pot on the stove and finally it came out great.

I've heard that adding a certain amount of corn flour can help make AP flour similar to cake flour, maybe you should try that

The first part of the recipe is pretty much the same as a desert we have in Latin America. In Chile 🇨🇱 we call it "roasted milk" (leche asada). Peru and Venezuela have delicious "flipped milk" (leche/crema volteada). I really like your content 🙌
