FYI: If you're thinking of playing GBA VC injects, format your card with FAT32 *32K ALLOCATION SIZE, IF* you have a 64 gigabyte card or lower and FAT32 *64K ALLOCATION SIZE, IF* you have a 128 gigabyte card or higher.

thanks dude, i hacked my white and orange one a while back but recently got a pokeball edition 2ds xl , will use this when i get round to it, as black borders are pretty constant in ds and older games and the black gloss screen make it less noticeable. have a hacked vita and 2ds xl and it's great, definitely recommend getting both hacked, though i think a grip is better with the 2ds xl

From my other comment: Put your sd card back into your computer. Go to where you downloaded godmode9 zip file and and go into the gm9 folder and you'll see the script folder and copy that into the gm9 folder on your sd card. Just put it back into my 3DS and I can continue.

Hi, you may already have found your answer, but I'd like to answer anyways. I bought a 2DS LL from Japan, (for the region exclusive lime/black color), and homebrew and everything works. In order to get in in the english language, you'll need to install a certain file that changes the 2DS region to North America (not covered in this video). THIS COMES WITH ONE MAJOR DRAWBACK: That being the Console itself would be region locked to Japan still, which makes accessing the Eshop impossible after changing the region. However, physical DS cartridges from NA still run perfectly. Japan has some cool exclusive colors like I mentioned earlier, but its ultimately cheaper for a brand new one from Japan than a used one from NA (At least I found anyways). Hope this helps

You can use your existing card, nothing is erased on it during the process. Should still back it up anyway, though, just incase. Make sure it has several GB free for the new files and the NAND dump. It's been maybe months so I assume you already solved it but maybe someone else will see this
