I read the little disclaimer about the backward compatibility and how some games might not work on the switch 2. I wonder if that’s mainly indie games or how games are going to be affected by that 😅 I’d love to be able to play as many switch games on the switch 2 as possible without needing to go back and forth with devices. I was so excited to see the trailer pop up in my feed. Love the size, the sleeker sexier look, bigger (holdfully not heavy like the deck can be after awhile) the magnetic joycons. Just hoping them moving those thump control that they fixed that annoying drift.

I'm excited but unfortunately I gotta hold out. I'm broke and I don't like double-dipping on consoles so I like to get the best iteration. I'm gonna wait till the 2nd-3rd iteration, unless they release a Fire Emblem themed NS2. I'm gonna break the bank if they do and get that shit day 1 if it's limited.

That's 100% understandable! That's how I am with most stuff but in reverse. So I usually buy the first iteration and then sleep on all the rest (except NS I sold the first one to get the OLED, and Steam Deck I returned the first one to get the OLED haha)
