Channels like this have made the wait for this new console unbearable. It's constant fake rumors they cover everyday, and you cannot avoid seeing these videos because they keep popping up as the first few search results when you search up "Nintendo"

12 years ago the Wii U came out. The free game packaged in with the system was @ 1080p 60 frames. They then proceeded to make 2 Zelda games at 1080p for Wii U. Then Switch drops with BOTW & TOTK and the resolution is 900p. THESE ARE AMONGST THEIR BIGGEST 1ST PARTY TITLES! How is Nintendo's 3D Zelda games not pushing hardware potential that was manufactured over A DOZEN YEARS AGO??? Considering these let downs I'm not surprised EOW has graphical hiccups. It just crazy that BOTW &TOTK are technically not FULL HD.

Maybe it could have sticks like the Valve Steam Deck which has Capacitive thumbsticks which allows you to turn on and off the Gyro as well as being a neat features like sensing how much the user is holding down on the thumb stick

Even though I’m a D Pad guy till the end and wish they could give an option for the left joy con when you are not detaching them for multiplayer but what if they simply made the stick concave instead of convex so your thumb never slips off. An extra cover would not be ideal for that shape and not really needed if done right.

Zelda:EOW has been good. It probably would have been better if they had locked the overworld to 30fps and 60fps for indoors; but in handheld it runs well. I cant say about docked, as I havent played it in docked mode (I never really play in docked). The game itself is hella fun.

It does work well tho. I’ve had no problems, the frame rate may drop form time to time but it has no effect on the gameplay or what I’m currently doing, and the graphics still look great.

So last month Zach from CrapForce was acting like he was 100% sure that the reason why Nintendo opted out from doing a Nintendo direct in September was because they're going to reveal the switch predecessor in September. Now all of a sudden it's going to be in October the second week and I'm pretty sure if it doesn't happen he's going to be for sure. It's going to be in November. I mean if you keep on saying it's going to happen sooner or later sooner or later it's going to happen 🤦

Those who are able to boost their CPU/Gpu and Ram clocks are not playing the same game as you are. The nintendo switch has enough power to run TOTK at 60fps indoors and outdoors. And this is safe overclocking. why nintendo chooses to continue using very low clocks for the games is beyond me. and at the highest safe clock switch is not getting hotter than 65. What a waste, nintendo.

I’ve seen a bunch of people say Echoes of Wisdom is only like a 7/10 not because of the performance but because of how bad the Echoes menu is. It’s just an insanely long horizontal bar and you’re only able to organize it like 2 different ways. Not sure why menus have been terrible in the last 3 Zelda games.

There's many ways to organize it, plus you can open up the notebook to have a giant grid of all the echoes instead of a line... Not sure why people are complaining about features that aren't that bad if they learn how to use them. also, haven't seen anyone offer any better solutions

I've only seen people complain about the menus, and when told how to sort like, 5 different ways, and that you don't need to scroll through a single long line, they just dismiss it or something EDIT: I'm not saying the feature is great, but it's not horrible. Though probably an unpopular opinion I’m sure, I don’t agree with miyamoto about the whole console war stuff. I get Nintendo doing it’s own thing but they and everyone have to understand they are in the games business. They can’t have poorly run games all the time. Not that they do. Just some. They are always competing against others whether they like it or not. They are competing for people’s time. People have limited time. There is no possible way they can play all the games now and will come out in the future. They are going to choose obviously. Nintendo may not compete pure power wise which obviously I know but Nintendo can’t keep consoles with the exact same specs/power each generation. They have to make significant enough improvements for next gen consoles to warrant it being a next gen console. I think miyamoto’s statement has no impact on the power that is already in switch 2 but that’s my opinion. As for Zelda, i am not to bothered by its framerate for that specific game. My concern is that it’s basically totk in 2d form. I just don’t want to keep seeing this style over and over again. But that’s just my opinion

Hall effect sticks are analog. PS5 dualsense joysticks are analog. Basically most of your modern controller joysticks are analog.
